2017 ? Finished the year at a career-high No.45 rank, her first year-end Top-50 finish; earned a 125k series title in Zhengzhou (d. Peng Shuai in F); defeated three Top-20 opponents throughout the year: No.15 Vesnina in Rome, No.15 Mladenovic in Tokyo (PPO) and No.17 Stephens in Wuhan; reached SF in Hong Kong (l. Pavlyuchenkova) as well as four QF appearances in Shenzhen, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur and Tokyo (international); reached 2r in Wimbledon but fell in 1r of other three Grand Slams.
